Philanthropist Adam Milstein’s Latest Project

The Inspired By Israel project is in full swing. With an $8,000 grand prize available, this contest is attracting a lot of attention. There is still time left for the public to vote for their favorite submissions.

This year, over 80 filmmakers have submitted entries. The judges are excited to see the ways in which they have decided to celebrate Israel. Sponsored by Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation, this contest is designed to foster pride in Israel among young Jews.

So far, the Inspired By Israel contest has been a resounding success. Last year’s entrants saw their films get wide exposure, with over half a million views. Philanthropist Adam Milstein has found a very effective way of connecting with his intended audience.

Adam Milstein is well-known for his successful career. As a managing partner at Hager Pacific Properties, he has a lot of power in the world of business. What is less known is his devotion to Israel, and to philanthropy.

Before earning his MBA at the University of Southern California, Milstein proudly served in the Israel Defense Forces. His parents were immigrants to the country shortly after its founding. They fully embraced the promise of the new country, and as their son, Adam Milstein absorbed their viewpoint.

In 2000, Adam and his wife Gila started their foundation. It is designed to ignite Jewish pride in young people, and their homeland of Israel. Milstein is also active in other charities, including Hasbara Fellowships, Birthright Israel and StandWithUs.

In addition to his philanthropic and business responsibilities, Milstein is devoted to his family. He and Gila are the proud parents of three daughters. They find plenty of time to dote on their three grandchildren.
