ChaotiMusic 027 - Hate Cocaine

Music — drchaotica on January 27, 2008 at 10:00 am

If you are reading this, then it means that my scheduled posting has worked. As someone has taken over my weekends, and I can’t keep uploading “in person” as it were.

This song is one that I wrote just as I began chatting with this someone. The song had the working title of “grunge song” and is me exploring being addicted to hate. Not just hate of course, but all the negative emotions that I have at many times been revelling in. It is easier to stick with what you know, even if it isn’t fun, because you what to expect and how to deal with it.

In fact the songs of the next few weeks will give an interesting insight into my pessimism about relationships. Even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. A lyric like “Rejection is ahead” seemed so certain when I wrote it….

As usual send all questions, comments and cash donations to drchaotica@chaotimusic.com.

Lyrics:

Verse 1:
Ripples up the inlet
Feeling the tide
Craving to guide
Another sullen vignette
Joining the sect
Miasma inject
Scorch the earth, internal
Charcoal the mind
Daedra enshrined
Seduced by the infernal
Dragon I seek
Devour the weak

Chorus:
Fuelled by the pain
Drowning in hatred
Never attain
True loving instead
Drives me insane
Rejection is ahead
At least hate cocaine
Is with me til I’m dead

Do you love me
Do you love me?
Do you love me
Do you hate me?

Verse 2:
Rational delusion
Rejected by all
Darkness enthrall
Agony infusion
Hiding away
Perpetual decay
Questing for to worship
Despise the alone
All I have known
Need to cease the trip
Bleed myself dry
See your delight

ChaotiMusic 026 - The Ballad of Devi Lynne

Instrumental, Music — drchaotica on January 20, 2008 at 8:16 pm

Yes…. This song is being posted slightly late.

Yes…. This song is another instrumental.

I wrote the song after watching the episode of the Training of O staring Devi Lynne. The show is meant to be 4 days of bdsm training, but Devi washed out on Day 2. The fact that she felt like she failed at something she considered to be of primary importance really resonated.

As always…. questions, comments and the like to my email.

ChaotiMusic 025 - The Wordless and Timeless Tale of the Brittle Clincher

Instrumental, Music — drchaotica on January 13, 2008 at 10:24 am

This is a post-modern meta-fable. It is a tale that has been told at many times and in many ways. At least I’ve told it many times and in many ways.

It is timeless because the meaning can be applied to any era, it is wordless because my legal team recommended that it should be.

If you want to know more, off the record where the laws of libel and slander can’t be applied, email me.

And…. beware of the Brittle Clincher.

ChaotiMusic 024 - Thirst

Music — drchaotica on January 6, 2008 at 8:43 am

A nice song about vampires. Or more accurately, a nice song about being seduced and fed upon by a vampire. Obviously there are many influences, both musical and literature.

Frankly I prefer the more modern vampire tales, ones that don’t suffer from the exponential problem of every victim becoming a vampire. My two favourites would be the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice and my current literary obsession the Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series by Laurell K Hamilton.

As always any questions, comments, feedback or vampire location tip-offs can be sent to my email

Lyrics:
Verse 1:
Throbbing in my neck
Just a peck.
Quiver of your lips
Composure slips.
Drawn to your eyes
Enchanted ties.
Ardour on your tongue
Forever young.

Chorus:
Claret, Duet
Swallow, Follow
Thirst

Verse 2:
Encounter in the night
Is my delight.
Beauty draws me in
Submit to sin.
Pleasure from your kiss
Orgasmic abyss.
Nourished by my veins
Accept your chains.
